Amanda R. Oechler, CPA

Experience

Upon graduation from college, Amanda began her career in public accounting, focusing on individual tax return preparation, financial statement preparation, and completing compilations, reviews, and audits.  


Most recently, Amanda was the Assistant Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Lock Haven University Foundation.  Amanda was responsible for the overall fiscal and operational well-being of the multi-million-dollar organization.

Knowledge

Amanda graduated from Lock Haven University with dual majors in Accounting and Business Administration.  She is licensed through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Certified Public Accountant. Furthermore, she holds a certification in non-profit accounting from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.



An avid learner, Amanda stays current on regulations, standards, and trends by attending conferences, webinars, and reading the latest professional journals.

Community Minded

Amanda is actively involved in her local community through efforts with various organizations.  She has served Woodward Township as auditor, is a past president of the Leadership Clinton County Alumni Association, and has served as Chair of the Leadership Clinton County Advisory Board.  


Amanda also serves on several non-profit Boards, including Susquehanna Health Foundation, the Clinton County Revolving Loan Board, and the PICPA Central Chapter Executive Committee, with a goal of increasing financial literacy in Pennsylvania.  


Amanda lives in Lock Haven with her boyfriend Eddie, their blended family of four children (Hunter, Conner, Morgan, and Jaxson), and their one-and-only Beastie.

Nicole C. Callahan

Experience

Upon graduation from Lock Haven University in 2014, Nicole began working in tandem with Amanda on the Finance Team of a multi-million dollar non-profit organization where she focused mostly on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and scholarship management.  


In early 2017, she shifted her focus to tax preparation, payroll preparation, and auditing. Nicole is an avid learner with a passion for personal and professional development.

Knowledge

Nicole has worked in the industry since 2014. During her career, she has worked on many projects from planning to implementation, change management, and interim services. 


Nicole takes part in routine training, as well as attending industry conferences.  Additionally, she is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations.

Community Minded

In Nicole's free time, she is dedicated to her community through involvement with several boards and organizations, such as Downtown Lock Haven, Inc. She enjoys hiking, camping, riding the Pine Creek Rail Trail, and loves all things outdoors. 


Nicole lives in the outskirts of Lock Haven with her fiancé, their two children, and their spoiled chickens.
